Jewell Tone’s Center for the Arts aims to make a lasting impact in our community by providing music and art programming for the community at large, starting with preschoolers with special needs. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where connection and a sense of family can flourish. By offering these programs free of charge, we want to ensure that no one is excluded from accessing the benefits of music and art education.
