We want to celebrate creativity and craftsmanship in wide range of its many forms. We believe creativity and craftsmanship are the backbone of all things beautiful and innovative and because of this, our creative vendors will not just include makers of classical art forms but will also include designers, craftsmen, inventors, and more.

All proceeds from The Culpeper Arts Festival will go to benefit the new Jewell Tone Center for the Arts a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation.

The Jewell Tone Center for the Arts will focus its attention on the arts and become a true cultural asset. Ideally, it will be a place where children, young people, adults, and seniors can meet to engage with people of similar interests in group and individual lessons in music, art, crafts, STEM education, video, and audio production. In addition, the JTCA will become home local artists to exhibit and sell their work, and it will serve as a place for student recitals, small performances, and summer programs for children.
