Culpeper ArtsFestival

This is the third year for this program, with an extremely successful first couple of years.  The project had 122 children participate during the first year. The children went back to the Culpeper Fire Department to meet with Santa, participate in activities and eat breakfast. Several local businesses, civil groups and restaurants donated money and food to make this project successful.
