Supporters of our community and the arts:
We are so excited for this new initiative to bring the arts to life in Culpeper. Our community and region is full of talented and passionate creatives that we want to support and celebrate. We also want all member of our community to experience the arts in a way that may inspire them to pursue creativity in their own lives.
Our vision is for the Culpeper Arts Festival to continue in the future as a major draw for creatives and patrons from all around our region. Each year we plan to partner with a local charity in order to maximize our community impact.
Going forward the festival will benefit the new Jewell Tone Center for the Arts which will be located in the South Gate Shopping Center in Culpeper.
The Jewell Tone Center for the Arts will focus its attention on the arts and become a true cultural asset. Ideally, it will be a place where children, young people, adults, and seniors can meet to engage with people of similar interests in group and individual lessons in music, art, crafts, STEM education, video, and audio production. In addition, the JTCA will become home for up to six local artisans to exhibit and sell their work, and it will serve as a place for student recitals, small performances, and summer programs for children.
We are partnering with the Culpeper Tourism Office and Mountain Run Winery to make this flagship festival a success and we would love to have you be a part of it as well.
The Culpeper Arts Festival was created to INSPIRE our community to DISCOVER the ability and passion to CREATE beautiful things and pioneering ideas that spark joy and change our world.
